The Achieve Desk Registered Apprenticeship Pathway is a structured earn-and-learn model designed to develop job-ready apprentices through a combination of supervised work-based learning and structured training.

Overview

The Achieve Desk Registered Apprenticeship Program is designed to serve multiple participant groups, including youth apprenticeships (ages 16–24), adult apprenticeships (18 and older), and dislocated workers seeking entry into accounting careers. The Achieve Desk program provides a structured training model that supports participants who are exploring career pathways, transitioning into new occupations, or building accounting competencies. In addition, the pathway supports employers seeking to develop reliable entry-level apprentices through a consistent, training structure that combines workplace learning with organized related instruction.
Credential Opportunity
Participants complete certification requirements based on a 12 week credentialing process. (Time may vary based on credential and learner).
