Who We Serve

Achieve Desk serves youth and adults who are preparing for meaningful participation in education- and workforce-aligned opportunities. Our programs support individuals at different stages of their career journey, united by a shared goal: building industry-aligned skills, credentials, and professional readiness that translate into real opportunities.

Achieve Desk serves the following populations:

  • In-School Youth (14–21)

  • Out-of-School Youth (16–24)

  • Adults (18+)

  • Dislocated Workers

We serve In-School Youth, including secondary school students (Grades 10–12), who are participating in Career Technical Education, work-based learning, and project-based learning experiences. Through school- and community-based referrals, Achieve Desk supports students engaged in career exploration and pathway development using structured, project-embedded learning models. These programs help students build professional skills, engage with industry and community partners, and prepare for postsecondary education, youth apprenticeships, or future adult workforce opportunities.

Achieve Desk also serves Out-of-School Youth (16–24) who are seeking re-engagement with education, credentialing, or workforce pathways. These participants may be navigating transitions related to school completion, early employment experiences, or career direction. Our programs provide structured guidance to help youth build foundational credentials, develop employability skills, and connect learning to real-world career opportunities.

In addition, Achieve Desk serves Adults (18+), including job seekers preparing to enter the workforce for the first time, re-enter after a period of transition, or strengthen their professional readiness. This includes individuals seeking support with credential attainment, resume development, applied learning documentation, and alignment with employer expectations.

We also support Dislocated Workers who are transitioning due to job loss, industry shifts, or economic change. Our credential-focused, project-embedded approach helps participants translate prior experience into new professional contexts while gaining industry-recognized credentials that signal readiness and competency to employers.

Achieve Desk further serves career changers and early-career professionals who are seeking to grow, stabilize, or advance within their field. Whether building foundational credentials, strengthening professional documentation, or preparing for next-step opportunities, participants receive structured support aligned to workforce system and employer expectations.

Our programs are particularly well suited for individuals pursuing industry-recognized credentials across sectors such as business, technology, manufacturing, operations, and professional services. Achieve Desk provides guidance across the full credentialing lifecycle, from enrollment navigation and study planning to completion and resume integration, ensuring credentials are positioned effectively within broader career goals.

Achieve Desk also serves individuals referred by schools, districts, workforce partners, community organizations, and regional initiatives. Our services are designed to integrate seamlessly within education and workforce systems, supporting shared outcomes related to career readiness, credential attainment, work-based learning participation, and long-term economic mobility.

Across all populations we serve, Achieve Desk is committed to delivering services that are accessible, structured, and aligned with system goals. Our model prioritizes clarity, real-world relevance, and intentional progression, bridging education, credentialing, and employment in a way that prepares individuals to move confidently toward their next opportunity.
