The Achieve Desk Registered Apprenticeship Pathway is a structured earn-and-learn model designed to develop job-ready apprentices through a combination of supervised work-based learning and structured training.

Overview

The Achieve Desk program is designed to serve multiple participant groups, including youth apprenticeships (ages 16–24), adult apprenticeships (18 and older), and dislocated workers seeking entry into aerospace and engineering careers. The program provides a structured training model that supports participants who are exploring engineering career pathways, transitioning into technical occupations, or building foundational aerospace competencies. In addition, the pathway supports employers seeking to develop reliable entry-level aerospace engineering talent through a consistent, competency-focused training structure that combines workplace learning with organized related instruction.
Credential Opportunity
Participants complete certification requirements based on a 12 week credentialing process. (Time may vary based on credential and learner).
