The Achieve Desk Registered Apprenticeship Pathway is a structured earn-and-learn model designed to develop job-ready apprentices through a combination of supervised work-based learning and
structured training.

Overview

The Achieve Desk program is designed to serve multiple participant groups, including youth participants (ages 16–24), adult participants (18 and older), and dislocated workers seeking entry into environmental sustainability, environmental engineering support roles, or sustainability program management. The program provides a structured training model that supports individuals exploring environmental careers, transitioning into sustainability-focused occupations, or developing foundational competencies in environmental systems, sustainability analysis, and green operations. The pathway also supports employers seeking to develop entry-level sustainability specialists capable of assisting with environmental monitoring, sustainability planning, environmental compliance, and sustainability reporting through a consistent competency-focused training structure that combines workplace learning with organized related instruction.
Credential Opportunity
Participants pursue industry-recognized sustainability or environmental credentials.
Credential preparation is integrated into the instructional component of the program. Participants complete certification requirements based on a 12-week training process (time may vary based on credential and learner).
