The Achieve Desk Registered Apprenticeship Pathway is a structured earn-and-learn model designed to develop job-ready apprentices through a combination of supervised work-based learning and structured training.
Overview

The Achieve Desk program is designed to serve multiple participant groups, including youth apprenticeships (ages 16–24), adult apprenticeships (18 and older), and dislocated workers seeking entry into creative and digital media careers. The program provides a structured training model that supports participants who are exploring creative career pathways, transitioning into design occupations, or building foundational graphic design competencies.
In addition, the pathway supports employers seeking to develop reliable entry-level design talent through a consistent, competency-focused training structure that combines workplace learning with organized related instruction.
Credential Opportunity
Participants complete certification requirements based on a 12 week credentialing process. (Time may vary based on credential and learner).
