The Achieve Desk Registered Apprenticeship Pathway is a structured earn-and-learn model designed to develop job-ready apprentices through a combination of supervised work-based learning and structured training.
Overview

The Achieve Desk program is designed to serve multiple participant groups, including In-School Youth (ages 14–21), Out-of-School Youth (ages 16–24), adults (18 and older), and dislocated workers seeking entry into information technology and technical support careers. Participants may be exploring human resources careers, transitioning into new occupations, or building foundational HR administrative competencies. The program provides a structured training model that supports both learners and employers. Participants gain practical knowledge in HR operations, while employers benefit from a consistent, competency-focused training structure that combines workplace learning with organized related instruction.
Credential Opportunity
Participants complete certification requirements through a 12-week structured programming process.
(Timing may vary depending on the credential and learner pace.)
