Overview

This pathway is designed to serve multiple participant groups, including youth apprenticeships (ages 16–24), adult apprenticeships (18 and older), and dislocated workers seeking entry into industrial manufacturing careers. The program provides a structured training model that supports participants who are exploring manufacturing career pathways, transitioning into production and technical operations roles, or building foundational industrial manufacturing competencies.
In addition, the pathway supports employers seeking to develop reliable entry-level manufacturing talent through a consistent, competency-focused training structure that combines workplace learning with organized related instruction.
