The Achieve Desk Registered Apprenticeship Pathway is a structured earn-and-learn model designed to develop job-ready apprentices through a combination of supervised work-based learning and structured training.

This pathway is designed to serve multiple participant groups. The program provides a structured training model that supports participants who are exploring manufacturing career pathways, transitioning into production and technical operations roles, or building foundational industrial manufacturing competencies.​

In addition, the pathway supports employers seeking to develop reliable entry-level manufacturing talent through a consistent, competency-focused training structure that combines workplace learning with organized related instruction.​

Credential Opportunity
Participants complete certification requirements based on a 12 week credentialing process. (Time may vary based on credential and learner).​
