Achieve Desk is committed to maintaining a respectful, professional, and supportive environment for all participants. Individuals engaging in Achieve Desk programs are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that reflects workplace professionalism and mutual respect.

Participants are expected to:

• Engage respectfully with staff, peers, and partners

• Communicate professionally in all written and verbal interactions

• Demonstrate accountability, punctuality, and preparedness

• Adhere to program guidelines and expectations

Failure to comply with the Participant Code of Conduct may result in corrective action, including removal from services when necessary. This code supports a safe and productive environment aligned with employer and workforce expectations.
