The Achieve Desk Registered Apprenticeship Pathway is a structured earn-and-learn model designed to develop job-ready apprentices through a combination of supervised work-based learning and structured training.

Overview

The Achieve Desk program is designed to serve multiple participant groups, including in-school youth (ages 14–21), out-of-school youth (ages 16–24), adults (18 and older), and dislocated workers seeking entry into information technology and technical support careers. The program provides a structured training model that supports participants who are exploring career pathways, transitioning into new occupations, or building foundational IT support competencies. In addition, the pathway supports employers seeking to develop reliable entry-level technical support talent through a consistent, competency-focused training structure that combines workplace learning with organized related instruction.
Credential Opportunity
Participants complete certification requirements based on a 12 week programming process. (Time may vary based on credential and learner).
